Endless back and forth with the site provider to configure complicated rules and coding which once agreed could not be changed is no longer required. By using the latest technology you can set up a bespoke system configured to your rules and benefits within 48 hours and available to launch to your employees a week later after site testing and populating with staff data.

All this is available for a modest upfront implementation fee and an ongoing per-head monthly license fee- making this technology accessible for even the smaller employers.

Once set up, a benefits system will allow you to showcase and manage your employees benefits online and allows you to offer a variety of flexible benefits such as Gym membership, Bikes to Work, technology devices, holiday trading etc. The systems create a responsive real time Total Reward Statement for each employee so they can see the real value of their employment package, and employees can login at any time to view and find out information about their benefits, view documents and guides on how to make claims etc.

Rather than have one annual benefit renewal, benefits can be set up as "anytime benefits" allowing employees to select certain benefits when it suits them eg selecting a bike in the Spring rather than the winter. All this increased flexibility does create more administration however...
