Oxygen House is a group of Companies based in Exeter, with over 200 staff across the group and growing rapidly.

The Situation

The wellbeing of our people is integral to everything we do and we’re keen to ensure that we offer more than the norm in this respect.

Last year, we were looking to extend our benefits offering and had initially worked internally to carry out a review of the market and consider options. With so many different schemes, providers and cost packages available, we decided to seek external advice and appointed Benefiz to help us conclude our project. Using their knowledge of the market, we worked with Benefiz to agree a comprehensive level of provision for our staff, and come up with a shortlist of suppliers compatible to our values.

Using their knowledge of the market we wanted Benefiz to produce a document with clear benefit and provider recommendations together with scheme design and confirmed benefit costs. We used this document to achieve board sign off and our recommended benefits were set up in a phased launch with the help of the team from Benefiz.

The Result

We used this insight to produce a clear business case and achieve board sign off. Our recommended benefits were subsequently introduced in a phased way with the help of the Benefiz team. The whole process was straightforward and smooth, with an overwhelmingly positive response from our staff.
